TooClean.ie Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our cleaning services, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time.

Key Points of Our Policy:

  1. Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning will not incur any charges.
  2. Cancellations within 24 Hours:

    • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service price will apply.
  3. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations:

    • For cancellations made on the day of the service or if our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.
  4. Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid rescheduling fees.
