Booking Policy for TooClean.ie
Thank you for choosing TooClean.ie for your cleaning needs. Please read our booking policy carefully to ensure a seamless experience. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our website, TooClean.ie, or by contacting our customer service team.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless specified.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Access to Property
- The client must ensure that access to the property is available at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property, it will be treated as a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) and the full booking fee will be charged.
5. Scope of Service
- The specific services to be provided are outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Any additional services must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
6. Customer Obligations
- Please ensure that personal belongings are stored securely and fragile items are removed from areas to be cleaned.
- TooClean.ie is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or delicate during booking.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address your concerns promptly and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean or other resolution.
8. Health and Safety
- Our team follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both our staff and clients.
- Please notify us of any potential hazards or specific requirements at the time of booking.
9. Force Majeure
- TooClean.ie will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Changes to Policy
- TooClean.ie reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
